In 2011 Mike Becker, Phil Dunn and Kenny Fischer were independently consulting on the same demolition and scrap project for an auction company. During the time they spent working together they saw an opportunity to combine their expertise and join forces to bring a transparent, verifiable demolition scrap management service (SMS) to auctioneers, demolition companies, developers and investors. Becker – Fischer – Dunn also offers real estate consulting and acts as the principle in the purchase of industrial demolition opportunities.
